Set 1 – 2 reps@70%

Set 2 – 2 reps@75%

Set 3 – 2 reps@80%

Set 4 – 5 – 1 rep@85%

Set 6 – 2 reps@80%

Deadlift (Every 30 sec x 5 min, 1 rep@70%)

Split Jerk (Every 3 min x 12, 2 reps)

*building every set, superset with 4 strict pull-ups.

* the 2 split jerks & 4 strict pull-ups are done within the 3 min.
