Tall Jerks (8 sets of 3)

4 Variations – 2 sets at each for 3 reps
1. 2×3 – Half press w/ flat feet

2. 2×3 – Half press on toes

3. 2×3 – bar on shoulders/flat feet

4. 2×3 – bar on shoulders/on toes

Slow Pull Clean + 2 Split Jerks (E2MOM x 12 min )

*slow pull – 3 sec to pull from ground to hips/upper quad
