Warm up on your own and be ready to go at the top of the hour!

Power Snatch (12min to build TNG 2RM)

Front Squat

Set 1 – 80% x 3, rest then 60% x 7

Set 2 – add 2.5-5# to each weight and repeat

Set 3 – add 2.5-5# more to the second set of each weight and repeat

Sumo Deadlift (EMOM x 10: 3 reps 65%)
