Wide Grip Bench Press (EMOM x 10: 3 reps 65%)

Pullups x submaximal reps (stop a few reps before failure), normal grip

3 sets:

10/arm KB bottom up Z press

10 Barbell bent over row (pronate)

10 DB Lateral raises
