A. EMOM x 5, 3 – position muscle snatch + 3 overhead squats – keep between 35-40%. All unbroken

B. EMOM x 7 – Power Snatch + Overhead squat + squat snatch. Build between 55-65%. Can drop the bar between the OHS and squat snatch
