Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm up on your own and be ready to go at the top of the hour!

Squat Clean and Jerk (15min to build 1RM: Clean + FS + Jerk)

Back Squat

Set 1 – 78% x 3, rest then 63% x 7

Set 2 – add 2.5-5# to each weight and repeat

Set 3 – add 2.5-5# more to the second set of each weight and repeat

Banded Deadlift (EMOM x 9: 3 reps 55-60%)

*If 1RM is Below 375# use red band

*If above 375# use medium black or purple

Accessory

3 sets:

12 DB tricep extensions

12 fat bar curls
