Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm up on your own and be ready to go at the top of the hour!

Hang squat snatch (10min to build 3RM, then 10% for 3)

Parallel Box Back Squat (E2min x 7 sets: 3 reps 75% )


*Super set w/ 3 seated box jumps

Snatch Grip Deadlift (10 min build and no more than 5 sets)

2″ deficit 5RM @40×1

Then 10% for 2 x 5 without eccentric

Accessory

3 sets:

15 Glute Bridges (band around knees)

20 reverse hypers with red band
