Squat Clean and Jerk (10min to build- SC + HSC + Jerk)

Back Squat

12 min to complete – hold for 2 sec in hole

80% x 2, rest 1 min, 65% x 6

83% x 2, rest 1 min, 65% x 6

86% x 2, rest 1 min, 65% x 6

Deadlift (10min- Build 3RM from 8″ blocks)

After finding 3RM perform 3 reps @10% less x 1 set
