Hang squat snatch + Squat snatch + OHS (Every 90 sec do 1 complex – build each set )

Clean Pull (4 sets of 3@80-90%)

pause at knee for 2 sec

Split Jerk (Every 90 sec x 9 min, 2 reps)

Sets 1-2@70%

Sets 3-4@75%

Sets 5-6@80%
