Partner Workout

4 rounds (2 each):

Partner 1-

200m sled drag (90/70#) + single arm farmer carry (24/16kg) + @100m (and 200m) mark perform 12 Single arm KB Push Press (switch arms on for your return trip)

Partner 2- Recovery pace AB or ski (Conifer row)

*Place sled straps around waist
