15 Pullups Adv: 6 muscle ups

5 x 1 R arm KB snatch + 1 OH L leg lunge 24/16kg

5 x 1 L arm KB snatch + 1 OH R leg lunge

*Perform 1 KB snatch then OH lunge, that equals 1 rep x 5 reps. Don’t switch arms until you’ve comleted all 5 reps on one side.
