Back Squat (8 Sets of 3)
* Add 10# to your 6RM from last week for your 8×3.
** If you were NOT here last week, take 4 sets to work up to a 5RM, then do 3×3 at that weight.
Superset x 3: 10 Goblet Squats + 5 Broad Jumps
* Pick a challenging weight that you can complete 10 reps of with no pause at top. Goal = be explosive.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Box Jump Overs
Continue adding 2 reps each round until time runs out.
