As you’re glancing at the WOD you notice an x amount of running in the workout… You think to yourself OMG another running workout?? I’m not going (you know who you are). This could be said about a lot of different movements but usually it’s running. Why are you dreading it? Maybe it’s your technique? Just like anything in Crossfit it takes conscious effort and practice to overcome your weaknesses. You actually have to work on the things you’re not good at. If running is one of your issues.
