RFD (rate of force development) and why it’s so important.

RFD or rate of force development is extremely important in sports such as Crossfit, Olympic weightlifting, Power Lifting, Sprinting, Football, Golf (believe it or not) or really any sport that involves jumping. Increasing RFD will improve athletic performance without a doubt. Remember, speed kills!
