How to Join
We require all new athletes to complete our New Member Series (NMS) before attending Performance, Strength, and Grunt / Competitors programs. You are, however, welcome to sign up for Conditioning Programs until the New Member Series is complete.
NMS is included with all unlimited monthly memberships. It is one, hour and a half small group movement training class held every Sunday, from 11-12:30pm. If you can't attend that day and time please email us [email protected] and we can set up a one on one training session! Once NMS is complete, members have access to all programs.
With our Conditioning programs, new members can start training with us immediately! Sign up for our $135 New Member Series (Monthly Unlimited Classes)
