Simple Bar Muscle up Drill

There’s hundreds of different ways to teach and progress the bar muscle up. Usually the most simple progressions are the most effective. The biggest key here is that you PRACTICE CONSISTENTLY. There’s no specific progression that will definitely get you a bar muscle up. There can be many factors at play, especially upper body strength and coordination/rhythm. Here is a very simple progression that with practice can help you achieve your first bar muscle up.
