10 air squats

10 walking lunges

10 burpee broad jumps

Back Squat (3 sets to build to 6RM – 7 min)

*then perform 4 sets of 3 at 6RM

Bulgarian Split Squat (15,12,9,6 per leg)

*the 15 reps are unweighted, then slowly add weight with each set

Strength

Superset x 3

10 Goblet Squats (no pause, be explosive)

4 High Box Jumps (20-34″)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 min Amrap

100m run (2 reps per run)

7 Burpees
