Squat Fix- The Dreaded Asymmetrical Hip Shift

When it comes to squatting with a barbell it can create and expose weaknesses on one side of the body. That’s why it’s important to incorporate corrective exercises to into your daily routine. Don’t rely on a class setting to do this for you. Often times we do glute activation prior to squatting but YOU personally may need to spend more time fixing YOUR issues. In this video you’ll be given a test to see where you’re weak. Then corrective exercises to strengthen those weak areas.
