Warm-up (No Measure)

2 rounds:

200m run

2 wall walks

50 Single unders

10 Jumping jacks

Metcon (No Measure)

E2min for 8 rounds with a partner (working 1 min):

Station 1- burpee over a partner (each person does 2 then switch)

Station 2- 100m run

Station 3- Passing wall balls

Station 4- alternating jump squat (non jumping partner in active squat)

Skill

Handstand Progressions (15min time cap)

Min 1-5: Wall walk with 4 shoulder taps (as high as comfortable, this could mean a plank)

Min 6-10: Kicking up practice (from box, toe taps etc)

Min 11-15: Wall walk challenge (side to side, up down, taps etc)
