60ft side shuffle

30sec squat hold

20 jumping air squats

Back Squat (5 sets of 3 reps, building weight each set)

*superset 5 box jumps after each set of back squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15min Partner AMRAP:

3 Squat Cleans

6 Lateral Burpees over the bar

4 x 25m shuttle runs

*Alternating movements. ie P1 3 SC, P2 6 burpees etc
