1. 30sec lateral HS walk against wall

2. 6 Strict pullups or challenging ring rows (Feet elevated etc)

3. 20-30sec ring support hold (Scale: b/t boxes)

Metcon (No Measure)

E2min for 16min (4 alternating rounds each):

1. 200m run + 20 Air squats

2. 200m run + 10 Pushups

3. 200m run + 20 Walking lunges

4. 200m run + 12-15 NO Pushups
