Why Train The Anaerobic System?

Training for anaerobic endurance is a painful process. Think of last weeks max burpee/ assault bike workout. You probably felt terrible after 3 sets and realized you multiple more to go…And if you didn’t feel terrible you weren’t there or didn’t go nearly hard enough.
